Christmas Cookies

1 pound butter or margarine
flour to roll
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 pound sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly. Add the eggs, one at a time beating well after each. Dissolve the soda in the cream and add to the mixture. Sift in flour until dough is stiff enough to handle. Chill overnight. The next day, roll out thin on floured board and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes.
