2 packages of yeast 1 pound margarine 4 eggs 4 cups flour Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water. Cream margarine, eggs. Sift flour and mix together with all the ingredients as above. Refrigerate dough overnight. The next day, divide dough into 8 pieces. Mix 2-1/2 cups sugar with 1 small can or 1/2 large can of cinnamon. Roll each ball with a rolling pin on a board sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar mix. Spread some on top as well. Roll dough jelly roll style and slice into cookies. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. |
