Jordans Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups blueberries
2 teaspoons sugar for top

At low speed, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Add 1/2 cup blueberries, stir by hand, until all blueberries have been added. Grease muffin pans with butter and flour, including top of pan. Place mixture high in each cup. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.
