1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup whole pecans 3 eggs (slightly beaten) 1/3 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt and vanilla. Combine eggs with other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Spread pecans over the filling. Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
