German Apple Pancakes

4 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine
2 apples peeled and sliced thin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Heat oven to 400 degrees and preheat 2 round 9 inch layer pans in oven. Beat eggs, flour, milk, salt on medium speed in small bowl. Remove pans from oven and place 2 tablespoons margarine in each pan, coat pans. Arrange half of apple slices in each pan. Divide batter evenly and pour over apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons over the batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
